Brussels still cost-effective office market 21/02/12
Brussels comes 29th in Cushman & Wakefield’s ‘Office Space Across the World 2012’ study, with prime rent in the city’s top-price ‘EU Léopold’ district at approximately 285 €/sq.m./yr and total occupancy cost at some 435 €/sq.m./yr. The international real estate services company states that Brussels costs are much lower than those of comparable European cities like Madrid, Amsterdam, Munich, Luxembourg, Milan and Zurich, while prices for top offices in Paris are twice the figure for Brussels, and in London 4.5 times as much.
