Less hassle for non-profit associations 02/02/12
As of February 2012, the opportunity to establish a non-profit association (asbl/vzw) in Belgium will be open to anyone – at the click of a computer mouse. As a further step in an evolving federal programme of eAdministration, with the overall aim of streamlining procedures generally, the Brussels commercial court (Tribunal de Commerce/Rechtbank van Koophandel) will now accept applications online, dramatically simplifying and speeding up the registration process.
